Westlake Chaparral Invitational 2022

You are invited to attend the 12th annual Chaparral Invitational! The races will take place Friday, August 26, 2022. We hope to create a great racing environment, one that the athletes will remember. T-shirts and concessions will be available during and after the races.

WE HAVE ROOM FOR 20 HIGH SCHOOL TEAMS. Priority will be given to schools that have teams running in each of the Varsity, JV, and JV2 divisions.

All meet information will be posted on milesplit.

AWARDS

Medals will be given to the top 15 runners in all divisions. Plaques will be awarded to the top teams in the Varsity and JV divisions.

ENTRY FEES

Varsity and JV teams $150.00 per team - Example: If entering Varsity Boys, JV1 Boys and JV2 Boys = $450

COURSE

JV Divisions will run 2 miles, the Varsity races will compete on the 5k course. The course consists of grass, some gravel trail, and two pavement crossings.

ENTRIES

All races will be chip timed. The JV divisions have unlimited entries. Varsity entries are limited to 10.

We will be sending out entry information for Milesplit the first week of August when we return to school. Milesplit will open for entries on 8/1/2022.

SCHEDULE

Races will be competed at the following times. If an athlete has not finished by the allotted time they will be allowed to finish, but may not receive a finishing time.
